Last Updated: 1 January 2026These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and qqcua ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the qqcua online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://qqcua.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any service on qqcua, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

In these Terms, the following capitalized expressions shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.2 qqcua reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.
2.3 Persons who are excluded from gambling activities by a court order, regulatory authority, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. If you become subject to any such restriction after registering, you are obligated to notify qqcua immediately and cease using the Platform.
3.1 Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on qqcua. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts.
3.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred currency (IDR — Indonesian Rupiah). You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or another person's identity.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qqcua will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 If you believe or suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify qqcua immediately via live chat or at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.
3.5 All Account information must remain accurate and up to date at all times. You are responsible for updating your registered details whenever they change. qqcua accepts no liability for failed transactions resulting from inaccurate account information.
4.1 All Users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before making their first withdrawal. qqcua may also require KYC verification at the time of registration or before processing certain transactions above specified thresholds.

4.4 Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents during the KYC process constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances, with no right of appeal.
qqcua accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited in real time in most cases; delays attributable to third-party payment processors are outside qqcua's control.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. qqcua processes the majority of withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes; however, processing times may vary depending on the User's bank or payment provider.
qqcua does not charge withdrawal fees for standard bank transfers. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which qqcua accepts no liability.
Withdrawals may be delayed, suspended, or declined if: (a) the Account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a pending investigation into account activity; (c) the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements; or (d) the transaction is flagged by our fraud detection systems.
All transactions on qqcua are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). qqcua does not charge currency conversion fees for IDR transactions. Any conversion losses resulting from deposits or withdrawals made in currencies other than IDR are the responsibility of the User.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by qqcua are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each promotion. Where a conflict exists between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement for any qqcua bonus is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified at the time the bonus is issued; failure to do so results in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
6.3 qqcua reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to User Accounts at the time of modification shall continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of issuance.
6.4 qqcua reserves the right to disqualify any User from a bonus or promotion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the User is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit the promotion in a manner inconsistent with normal betting behavior.
6.5 Each User may claim the Welcome Bonus once only, on their first deposit. Subsequent deposits are eligible for reload and other recurring promotions as described on the Promotions page. Attempting to claim the Welcome Bonus on a second or subsequent Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
7.1 All bets placed on qqcua are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published in the relevant game or sport section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 qqcua reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) an error in odds or pricing has occurred; (c) the event has already commenced at the time the bet was placed (where pre-match rules apply); or (d) the bet is deemed suspicious or in breach of these Terms.
7.3 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to be correct for a winning pa yout. If any leg of a mix parlay is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg did not exist, unless the remaining number of legs falls below the platform minimum, in which case the entire bet is voided and the stake is returned.
7.4 In-play (voor bola / live) betting markets are offered at qqcua's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, particularly in response to significant match events (goals, red cards, injuries). Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under clause 7.2.
7.5 All game outcomes for RNG-based products (slots, togel, table games) are determined by certified random number generators. Results are final once the game round is completed and displayed on screen. Technical malfunctions that prevent a game round from completing in full will result in the stake being returned to the User's Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqcua platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the qqcua platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of qqcua or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, reverse engineering, scraping, or creating derivative works from any platform content.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of qqcua intellectual property may result in the termination of your Account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqcua, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
10.2 qqcua's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 qqcua does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.4 qqcua accepts no responsibility for the actions, content, or services of any third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers integrated into the platform. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with those providers.
Gambling Risk Disclosure: Gambling involves financial risk and is not a reliable method of generating income. Past results do not indicate future outcomes. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. qqcua accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through use of the platform.
11.1 qqcua reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the User is at risk of or suffering from problem gambling; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so.
11.2 Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in accordance with the severity of the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (such as a User-initiated closure), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.3 Users who voluntarily self-exclude through qqcua's Responsible Gaming tools may not request reinstatement of their Account until the self-exclusion period has expired. qqcua will not re-open a self-excluded account early under any circumstances.
12.1 qqcua is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools within the Account Settings panel to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.
12.2 You must be at least 21 years of age to register and place bets on qqcua. We reserve the right to request age verification at any point and will close Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age, with all balances held pending verification of the Account holder's identity.

13.2 qqcua will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required: (a) to process transactions through our licensed payment partners; (b) to comply with applicable legal obligations; or (c) with your express prior consent.

14.1 qqcua reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://qqcua.cam/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
14.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — qqcua will provide reasonable advance notice via platform notification or email to registered Users. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 11.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqcua holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution.
15.2 Nothing in this clause shall prevent qqcua from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
15.3 Users accessing the platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to evolving local legislation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including but not limited to Law No. 7 of 1974 on Gambling Control and any subsequent implementing regulations.
